Summit is a dense, walkable Union County city about thirty-five minutes from my Neshanic Station studio, with a strong commuter population and a downtown that photographs well without needing to travel out of it.
Springfield Avenue and the streets around the station give clean urban texture — brick, glass, painted brick alleys — which works for headshots and personal branding that should not look rural. The Reeves-Reed Arboretum is the counterweight: formal planting, lawns and seasonal colour within the town limits. Between the two you can shoot a business portrait and a family session on the same visit without a long drive.
