Morristown is the commercial centre of Morris County, about half an hour from my Neshanic Station studio, and the most urban setting on this list — a working downtown with genuine historic weight behind it.
The Green anchors the centre and gives you formal town square with mature trees. Morristown National Historical Park, the Ford Mansion and Jockey Hollow put substantial period architecture and open parkland within a few minutes. The downtown itself is dense and modern enough for corporate and commercial work that should not look rural. Parking and foot traffic around the Green are the practical constraints; early sessions avoid both.
